Product Delivery Policy

1. Data usage volume loading will be enabled online, and after the purchase is made, the user will receive access to the product purchased on the site via a QR code that will be sent to the email and/or displayed on the payment completion screen, according to the details entered by the user. 5. A return, change, or cancellation will be approved after the user receives written confirmation from the company and/or the website approving the return, change, or cancellation, as applicable.
6. If the refund, change, or cancellation is requested after 14 days from the receipt of the order, these requests will be subject to the sole discretion of the company and/or the website.
7. In the event that the refund, change, and/or cancellation is due to a defect in the product, the company undertakes to provide the user with a proper replacement product as soon as possible, and no later than 2 business days, and/or to issue a refund.
8. A product defined as defective by the user will be inspected by the website team, and if after the inspection the product is found to be in proper condition and/or the defect occurred due to unreasonable use by the user, the user will not receive a refund, and the company will not be liable for any damages caused to the customer.
